At Romil X Payal Art Studio, we are passionate about delivering high-quality, results-driven art education through our workshops and training programs. Every workshop is crafted with care, combining years of experience, personalized teaching, and hands-on guidance to help you unlock your artistic potential.

As our workshops involve digital/physical setup, planning, limited seat availability, and dedicated time allocation from our expert instructors, we follow a strict no-refund policy on all bookings.

No Refunds Policy
By registering for any of our workshops or programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

✅ All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance or completion.
✅ Workshop seats are limited and reserved specifically for you. This includes expert time, and resources which are allocated once payment is made.
✅ Cancellations, no-shows, or schedule changes from your side will not be eligible for refunds or partial refunds.

Rescheduling & Assistance
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your learning experience.

If you’re unable to attend the live session due to an emergency, please contact us at 📩 romilartstudio@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you in a future batch (subject to availability).

Chargeback & Dispute Policy
We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns. Filing chargebacks or disputes without prior contact may lead to permanent exclusion from our programs and legal steps if required.
